Our story began back in 2003 with a company called Computer Bakery.


Computer Bakery was a traditional break/fix IT services provider that specialized in business consulting as well as providing high-end residential services to the rich and famous. In 2008, David evolved the business to become a managed services provider called David Carlos Managed Information Architects. Then, in 2012 Availeron Consulting was born, with a vision of transforming the property management landscape through the use of technology. At the same time, David co-founded a software company called Myhomepayge to deliver online communication tools to property managers.
